The Logitech Tap Scheduler is a dedicated room-booking touchscreen designed for installation outside meeting rooms, conference rooms and collaboration spaces. It allows employees to check room availability, view meeting details and make supported reservations directly from a spacious 10.1-inch display.

Bright LED availability lighting makes it easy to identify free and occupied rooms from a distance. The slim profile, concealed cable management and included mounting accessories provide a professional installation on glass, drywall, door frames and mullions.

10.1-Inch Anti-Fingerprint Touchscreen

Tap Scheduler features a 10.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 × 800 and brightness of 400 nits. Its capacitive 10-point touchscreen provides responsive operation, while an oleophobic coating helps reduce fingerprints in shared workplace environments.

An integrated ambient-light sensor automatically supports visibility in changing lighting conditions. The wide 85° viewing angle helps users read room information when approaching from either direction.

Meeting-Room Platform Compatibility

Logitech Tap Scheduler works with leading room-scheduling platforms. It is certified for Microsoft Teams Panels, Zoom Rooms, Robin and Appspace. It also supports Logitech Room Booking, RICOH Spaces, Envoy, Comeen, Korbyt Anywhere and other compatible workplace-management platforms.

Platform features and software licensing vary. Customers should confirm their selected room-scheduling platform and required subscription before deployment.

Reliable Power over Ethernet Installation

The scheduling panel uses Power over Ethernet and supports IEEE 802.3af Type 1 Class 3. A compatible PoE network switch or PoE injector is required. Power and network connectivity can be delivered through one Ethernet cable for a clean and reliable installation.

Tap Scheduler also supports Wi-Fi for network connectivity. However, PoE is still required to power the device. An Ethernet cable, PoE injector and external power adapter are not included.

Flexible Mounting

Mounting accessories for glass, drywall, corners and mullions are included. Multiple cable exits and integrated cable management help maintain a tidy appearance. Tap Scheduler also supports a 100 × 100mm VESA mounting pattern.
