Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Final pricing and stock are confirmed when our team accepts and processes your order.

How long does standard delivery take?
In-stock products are normally delivered within 2–4 business days in the UAE. We will contact you if a product is unavailable or requires a longer lead time.
Is free delivery available?
Orders above AED 1,000 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders below AED 1,000 carry an AED 79 fee. Safes carry a separate AED 199 delivery fee and are excluded from free delivery.
Is express delivery available?
Express delivery is available for selected in-stock products in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Charges start from AED 299 for Dubai and Sharjah and AED 499 for Abu Dhabi. Safes and shipments above 100 kg are excluded.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Contact our project-sales team for GCC, Middle East, Africa, or export enquiries. Product availability, freight, customs requirements, destination restrictions, and warranty coverage must be confirmed before ordering.
Do you provide installation and site surveys?
Yes. Installation, integration, configuration, training, and technical visits are available for selected products and projects. Fees depend on location, equipment, access, and the required scope of work.
Payments, Returns & Warranty

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure credit or debit card payments, payment links, cash payments at our office, and current-dated cheques. Cheque orders are processed after the funds have cleared.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
An unopened, unused, and undamaged product may be eligible for return when requested within two working days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Inspect the item and packaging at delivery. Record visible damage immediately, avoid accepting a visibly damaged product, and contact support as soon as possible with photographs and order details.
How do warranty claims work?
Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms. A valid Officeflux invoice is required. Our support team can guide you to the manufacturer or authorized service centre.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds may take up to seven business days to process. Credit or debit card refunds can take up to 14 days to appear, depending on the issuing bank.
