IDEAL 3105 CC P-5 High-Security Office Paper Shredder

The IDEAL 3105 CC P-5 is a high-performance document shredder designed for organisations that regularly handle highly confidential information. Made in Germany, it is an excellent choice for banks, government departments, hospitals, legal practices, financial institutions, corporate headquarters and other security-conscious workplaces in the UAE.

The shredder cuts documents into small 2 × 15mm particles and meets DIN 66399 security levels P-5, O-4, T-5 and E-4. This makes it suitable for destroying confidential paper records as well as information stored on credit cards, optical media and other supported data carriers.

High-Capacity Document Destruction

The IDEAL 3105 can shred approximately 21–26 sheets of 80gsm A4 paper per pass. Its wide 310mm feed opening accepts A4 documents in either orientation and can also accommodate A3 paper lengthways.

A powerful 1600W continuous-duty motor supports demanding office workloads, while the large 140-litre removable container allows longer operating periods between emptying.

Automatic Oiling System

The integrated automatic oiler applies lubricant directly to the cutting shafts during operation. This maintains consistent cutting performance, reduces manual maintenance and helps extend the service life of the shredding mechanism.

ECC Electronic Capacity Control

The ECC system uses LED indicators to display the current sheet load while paper is being fed. Operators can immediately see whether the machine is operating within the recommended capacity, helping prevent overfeeding and paper jams.

Safe and Intuitive Operation

The EASY-SWITCH control uses illuminated symbols and colour indicators to communicate the shredder’s operating status. The SPS Safety Protection System includes an electronically controlled safety flap, automatic reverse, automatic shut-off, electronic door protection and double motor protection.

Secure Destruction of Multiple Materials

In addition to paper, the hardened cutting shafts can process normal staples, paper clips and plastic credit cards. The machine can also destroy CDs and DVDs, making it suitable for organisations disposing of both printed and digitally stored information.

The ZERO ENERGY standby system automatically disconnects the machine from the power supply after a period of inactivity.
