The IDEAL 3104 CC P-4 is a high-capacity office document shredder designed for the secure disposal of confidential business information. Made in Germany, it is suitable for busy corporate offices, government departments, schools, healthcare facilities, financial organisations and administrative environments throughout the UAE.

Documents are cut into 4 × 40mm particles, meeting DIN 66399 security levels P-4, O-3, T-4 and E-3. This provides an appropriate security level for customer records, personnel files, financial documents, internal correspondence and other confidential workplace information.

High-Capacity A3 Document Shredding

The IDEAL 3104 processes approximately 22–24 sheets of 80gsm A4 paper per pass. Its wide 310mm feed opening accepts A4 documents in either orientation and accommodates A3 paper lengthways.

A powerful 750W motor supports continuous operation, while the large 120-litre removable container reduces the frequency of emptying during busy working periods.

ECC Electronic Capacity Control

The ECC system uses LED indicators to show the current sheet load during shredding. Operators can see whether the amount of paper being fed is within the recommended range, helping to prevent overfeeding and paper jams.

Secure Destruction of Multiple Materials

The hardened solid-steel cutting shafts can process paper containing normal staples and paper clips. The shredder also destroys plastic credit cards, CDs and DVDs, allowing organisations to dispose of multiple types of sensitive information securely.

Safe and Easy to Operate

The EASY-SWITCH control uses illuminated symbols and colour indicators to communicate the operating status. The SPS Safety Protection System includes an electronically controlled safety flap, automatic reverse, automatic shut-off, electronic door protection and double motor protection.

Quiet and Energy Efficient

Silent-Shred technology helps reduce operating noise in shared working environments. The ZERO ENERGY standby system automatically disconnects the shredder from the power supply following a period of inactivity, reducing unnecessary energy consumption.

The durable cabinet is mounted on castors, allowing the machine to be moved conveniently between departments or positioned in a central document-disposal area.
