Shipping and Delivery is simple and easy. Once your order is placed, we will deliver to you anywhere in Dubai & Abu Dhabi as per the below schedule:Dubai: Delivered Next Business Day for orders placed by 3.30 pm (Friday & Saturday is Weekend)
Abu Dhabi: Delivered Next Business Day for orders placed by 3.30 pm (Friday & Saturday is Weekend)
Free delivery for orders over AED 300/- in Dubai & orders over AED 1000 in Abu Dhabi. For orders below and for orders from other emirates in the UAE we may ship via courier and a delivery / shipping fee is applicable. All international shipments attract an additional delivery / shipping fee and additionally may be subject to customs and other taxes and fees upon delivery depending on the laws of the country shipped to. International shipments may take longer to be delivered owing to shipping lead times. Items will generally leave our warehouse within 72 hours for international shipments. We may ship your order in multiple shipments. The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
We do not ship to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Refunds, Returns & Replacements
We will happily do refunds, returns and replacement for all stationery products except products on specific quote based orders within the UAE. No refund or exchange is possible for specific quote based orders, specifically requested items and orders from outside the UAE. Returns and replacements also may not possible for office equipment, toners and ink etc. If any product is faulty on delivery, we will replace it with a new product. Any refunds will only be made onto the original mode of payment.Additional Refund Conditions:
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
