Our delivery process is designed to be clear, reliable, and easy to follow for business customers across the UAE.
Standard Delivery
- In-stock items are delivered within 2–4 business days.
- If an item is out of stock, our team will notify you before processing the order.
- You may choose to cancel the order or wait for the next shipment.
Express Delivery
- Available only for in-stock products.
- Applicable within Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
- Orders before 12:00 PM qualify for 24-hour delivery.
- Orders after 12:00 PM are delivered within 48 hours.
- Same-day delivery may be available for selected products.
Delivery Charges
- Orders below AED 1,000: AED 79 delivery fee.
- Orders above AED 1,000: Free delivery.
- Safes category: AED 199 delivery fee applies.
- Free delivery is not available for safes.
Express Delivery Charges
Dubai & Sharjah

Abu Dhabi
AED 499
Exclusion: Safes or heavy shipments above 100 kg are not eligible for express delivery.
Delivery Access & Customer Responsibilities
To avoid delays or re-delivery charges, please ensure all access details are shared before dispatch.
- Ensure our delivery crew can access your site, including service lifts if required.
- Arrange gate pass access where needed.
- Communicate timing restrictions or building rules in advance.
- Missed delivery due to missing information will incur a second attempt fee of AED 199.

Installation and technical setup fees vary by product, location, and site requirements.
Installation Support
- Installation fees vary based on the product.
- Additional training or technical setup is available through our team.
- Please check installer availability before placing your order.
- Accurate site details help avoid delays and re-visit charges.
Technical Visit Fees
- Dubai & Northern Emirates: AED 349
- Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: AED 599
- Provide details such as wall type, false ceiling access, WiFi, and network availability.
