Delivery & Installation Policy

At Officeflux, we aim to provide a seamless and trouble-free delivery experience. Please read the below delivery options and terms to ensure a smooth order process.

Standard Delivery:

• For in-stock items, delivery will be completed within 2-4 business days.
• If a product is out of stock, our team will inform the customer prior to our processing the order. The client may chose to cancel the order or wait for the next shipment.

Express Delivery:

• Available only for in-stock products.
• Applicable for deliveries within Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi only.
• Orders before 12:00 PM are qualified for 24-hour express delivery.
• Orders made after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day, with delivery within a 48-hour time frame.
• Same-day delivery is only possible for some products. Customers should call our sales office prior to ordering to check availability.
• Express Delivery Charges:
• Dubai & Sharjah: AED 299
• Abu Dhabi: AED 499
• Exclusions: There is no express delivery on safes or heavier shipments in excess of 100 kg.

Delivery Charges:

• Orders below AED 1,000 will incur a delivery fee of AED 79.
• Orders above AED 1,000 qualify for free delivery.
• Safes Category: Free delivery is not applicable. A normal delivery fee of AED 199 will be charged.

Click & Collect Service:

• Click and Collect and collecting from warehouse directly is not possible.
• All the orders would be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery Access & Customer Responsibilties:

• On delivery, it is important that the customer permits our delivery crew to enter the site, including service lifts if required.
• The customer will be responsible for pre-arranging gate pass access if needed.
• Any timing restrictions or building management requirements must be communicated before delivery to avoid delays.
• In case the delivery team fails to make the delivery due to a lack of adequate advance communication by the customer, a second attempt fee of AED 199 will be charged.

Technical Support & Installation:

• Any product that needs installation will have extra installation fees based on the product.
• Should additional training be necessary, our Technical Team will be tasked with delivery and installation.
• Technical team visit fees as follows will apply:
• Dubai & Northern Emirates: AED 349
• Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: AED 599
• Customers are advised to check availability of installers before placing their orders to prevent delays or disappointments due to non-availibilty of resources.
• At the time of installation, it is important that customers give all the information about the installation environment, like:
  • Installation on concrete walls or false ceilings
  • Availability of networking & WiFi
• Failure to provide accurate information in advance may result in additional re-visit charges.

Officeflux.com is compliant with UAE legislation and will not engage in any transactions, provide services, or deliver products to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
