Standard Delivery

• • For in-stock items, delivery will be completed within 2-4 business days.
• • If a product is out of stock, our team will notify you prior to processing the order. You may choose to cancel or wait for the next shipment.

Express Delivery

Delivery Charges

• • Orders below AED 1,000: AED 79 delivery fee.
• • Orders above AED 1,000: Free delivery.
• • Safes category: AED 199 delivery fee applies; free delivery not available.

Delivery Access & Customer Responsibilities

• • Ensure delivery crew can access your site, including service lifts if required.
• • Arrange gate pass access if needed.
• • Communicate any timing restrictions or building rules to avoid delays.
• • Missed delivery due to lack of information will incur a second attempt fee of AED 199.

Technical Support & Installation

• • Installation fees vary based on the product.
• • Additional training or technical setup is available through our team.
• • Technical team visit fees:
• Dubai & Northern Emirates: AED 349
• Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: AED 599
• • Check installer availability before placing your order to avoid delays.
• • Provide accurate installation details (e.g., concrete walls, false ceilings, WiFi/network availability) to prevent re-visit charges.

Officeflux.com complies with UAE legislation and will not deliver or provide services to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
