Warranty Claims
- Warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer or authorized service center.
- Officeflux can provide online assistance to guide you through the claim process.
- A valid purchase invoice is required for warranty claim processing.
Repair Process
- Repairs are carried out according to manufacturer terms and conditions.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer’s service center.
- Repair progress updates are coordinated directly with the manufacturer.

- Not all products are covered under warranty.
- Please check warranty availability before purchase.
- Warranty applies only within the UAE.

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims may be rejected if the issue is caused by misuse, damage, or unauthorized handling.
- Customer misuse or improper use of the product.
- Liquid damage, spills, or exposure to moisture.
- Unapproved maintenance, repairs, or alterations.
- Misuse of the product, such as using graphic cards for cryptocurrency mining.
