Warranty Claims
All claims under warranty must be submitted to the manufacturer by notifying their authorized service center.
Officeflux also offers online assistance to guide you through the process.
On-Site Support & Charges
Dubai & Northern Emirates
AED 349 per visit
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
AED 599 per visit
On-site support is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, subject to prior confirmation by the Officeflux Team.
Repair Process
- • Repairs are carried out according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
- • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs to the manufacturer’s service center.
- • Repair progress updates are coordinated directly with the manufacturer.
- • A valid purchase invoice is required for any warranty claim processing.
Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
Coverage: Not all products are covered under warranty. Please check warranty availability before purchase. Warranty applies only within the UAE.
Exclusions: Warranty claims will not be honored for:
- • Customer misuse or improper use of the product.
- • Liquid damage or spills.
- • Unapproved maintenance or alterations.
- • Misuse of the product (e.g., using graphic cards for cryptocurrency mining).
