Warranty & Repair Policy

At Officeflux, we strive to make warranty and repair as transparent and smooth as possible. We respectfully request that you read the terms below thoroughly to be familiar with the procedures regarding warranty claims, repairs, and service requests.

Warranty Claims:

All claims under warranty must be submitted to the manufacturer by notifying their authorized service center.

Officeflux will also offer online assistance to support the process.

On-Site Support & Charges:

If a site visit is warranted for further assessment, the subsequent service fees shall be charged:

  • Dubai & Northern Emirates: AED 349 per visit
  • Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: AED 599 per visit

On-site support is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Subject to prior confirmation by the Officeflux Team.

Repair Process:

Work will be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs that occur when sending products to the manufacturer's service center.

For repair progress updates, customers have to coordinate directly with the manufacturer's service center.

A valid purchase invoice is required for the processing of any warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage:

Not all products are covered under warranty. . Customers are requested to check warranty availability prior to purchase.

The warranty is only applicable within the UAE and not in other foreign territories.

Warranty Exclusions:

Warranty claims will not be honored under the following circumstances:

  • Customer misuse or use of the product in an improper manner.
  • Liquid damage or spilling on the product
  • Unapproved maintenance or alterations.
  • Misuse of the product, e.g., using graphic cards for cryptocurrency mining.
