Returns & Refund Policy

At Officeflux, we try to make purchase hassle-free by making the returns process transparent and simple. We have designed our returns policy to make clear the processes customers can follow to return products, get refunds, or exchange products. This is whether the reason is a change of mind, defective products, or manufacturer defects.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Customers are allowed to return goods provided they are in their original packages, unopened, and undamaged. To qualify for a refund, the request for return must be within two (2) working days of receiving the product. Once this timeline elapses, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Return Charges:

  • For change of mind returns, a 15% restocking fee will be charged based on the invoice price.
  • If return request because of damaged packaging/items, no return charges will be applied.

Damaged Items at Delivery:

  • Defects on the product or package must be indicated when delivered.
  • Customers are advised not to accept faulty products in readiness for a return or exchange.

Manufacturing Defects:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, customers have to contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a resolution.

Geographical Limitation: 

  • Returns and exchanges are not eligible for items shipped outside the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds for authorized returns will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Approvals of refunds may take up to 7 business days.
  • Credit/debit card refunds will be processed according to the bank's timeline, and it may take up to 14 days.

For refund on account of change of mind, as outlined in our Returns Policy, a 15% reduction of the total invoice value will be applied. The remainder will be refunded to the original method of payment.
