Payment Methods:

Credit/Debit Card Payments:Customers can make payment through our secure payment gateway on our website or by receiving a payment link through our Sales Center. Please contact our Sales Team to request a payment link on below provided details.
Cash Payments:Customers can alternatively choose to make direct cash payments to our finance department in our office.
Cheque Payments: We only accept current-dated cheques. Post-dated cheques will not be processed and the order will be canceled. Orders will be processed only after the cheque has been cleared and funds are received.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept Cash on Delivery for for a minimum value of AED 3000/- for customers who have registered their full details as per the company guidelines.
No Credit Facility: We do not offer any line of credit payment options unless otherwise specified

Once return request is approved,we will process therefund to theoriginal payment method.
Refund approvals may take up to 7 business days.
Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be processed according to the bank’s timeline, which may take up to 14 days.
In case of areturn due to a change of mind, as stated in our Returns Policy, a 15% deduction will be applied to the total invoice value. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
