Payment Methods

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments:Customers can make payment through our secure payment gateway on our website or by receiving a payment link through our Sales Center. Please contact our Sales Team to request a payment link on below provided details.
  • Cash Payments:Customers can alternatively choose to make direct cash payments to our  finance department in our office.
  • Cheque Payments: We only accept current-dated chequesPost-dated cheques will not be processed and the order will be canceled. Orders will be processed only after the cheque has been cleared and funds are received.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept Cash on Delivery for for a minimum value of AED 3000/- for customers who have registered their full details as per the company guidelines.
  • No Credit Facility: We do not offer any line of credit payment options unless otherwise specified 

Refund Policy:

  • Once return request is approved,we will process therefund to theoriginal payment method.
  • Refund approvals may take up to 7 business days.
  • Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be processed according to the bank’s timeline, which may take up to 14 days.
  • In case of areturn due to a change of mind, as stated in our Returns Policy, a 15% deduction will be applied to the total invoice value. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
