Shipping and Delivery is simple and easy. Once your order is placed, we will deliver to you anywhere in Dubai & Abu Dhabi as per the below schedule:
Dubai: Delivered Next Business Day for orders placed by 3.30 pm Free Delivery for orders over AED 250/-
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, & Northern Emirates: Delivery on Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday. Minimum order of AED 500 is applicable.
International Shipments: Additional delivery / shipping fee and additionally may be subject to customs and other taxes and fees upon delivery depending on the laws of the country shipped to. International shipments may take longer to be delivered owing to shipping lead times. Items will generally leave our warehouse within 72 hours for international shipments.
We do not ship to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
No refund or exchange is possible for specific quote based orders, specifically requested items and orders from outside the UAE. Returns and replacements also may not possible for office equipment, toners and ink etc. If any product is faulty on delivery, we will replace it with a new product. Any refunds will only be made onto the original mode of payment.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
To place an order, simply create an account and order online. If you prefer a quotation (specific quote based order), call our customer service team and they will send over a formal quotation.
Cancellations are possible prior to goods being ready for delivery. Customer can cancel their order if the item(s) is / are not already out for delivery; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. To request a cancellation, you are required to send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible as we may deliver / ship in stock items very quickly.
